How to order
Pick your hat color, upload your logo, and tell us if you'd like it stitched in your logo's colors or a single thread color. We'll take it from there.
Do you have an embroidery file?
Embroidery machines don't read JPGs or PNGs — a logo first has to be converted into a stitch file (a process called digitizing). If you already have your logo digitized as a DST, PES or EXP file, upload that and there's no extra charge. If you only have an image, select the one-time digitizing option ($15) at checkout and we'll create the stitch file for you. That file is yours to keep and reuse on future orders, so you only ever pay it once per logo.
For best results, send the highest-quality version you have: a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) or a large, clean PNG. Very fine text and thin lines don't embroider well at hat size, so we may simplify small details to keep the logo sharp.
You approve it before we stitch it
Within one business day of your order we'll email you a digital proof showing your logo sized and placed on your hat color, with the thread colors we've matched. Nothing goes on the machine until you approve it. Want a tweak? Reply to the email and we'll send a revised proof.
About the hat
Richardson 115 Low Pro Trucker. Structured, low-profile 6-panel crown with a precurved bill, 60/40 cotton-poly twill front panels, 100% polyester mesh back, cotton sweatband, and an adjustable plastic snapback. Same fit and build as the Richardson 112 with a lower crown that sits closer to the head — it suits smaller faces and women's styling especially well. One size fits most adults. Front embroidery area is roughly 4" wide by 2" tall.

Shipping & turnaround
Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US. Each hat is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production after you approve your proof (add a day or two if we're digitizing your logo). Because it's custom and you've approved the proof, logo hats can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a mistake on our end, in which case we'll make it right.
