What can you make?
Custom shirts, sweatshirts, hats, totes, and more, decorated with screen printing, DTF, DTG, or embroidery.

Which method is right for my order?
Tell us about your design and how many you need, and we'll recommend the best fit. The short version: screen printing for larger orders of the same design, DTF or DTG for full color and small quantities, and embroidery for hats, polos, and a premium look.

Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the method. DTF, DTG, and embroidery orders can start at one piece. Screen printing has a 12-piece minimum per design.

Can you use my logo or artwork?
Yes. Send us your file and we'll let you know if it's print ready. If it needs cleanup, or you need a design from scratch, we can help. Art and setup are free for jobs under 2 hours; after that it's a flat $25 fee.

Will I see a proof first?
Yes. Every order gets a proof by email before we print or stitch anything.

How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after you approve your proof. Large orders may take longer, and we'll give you a timeline with your quote. We try to avoid rush orders, so please plan ahead. If you have a hard deadline, ask us before you order.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the method, quantity, and design. Listed products show their price, and for anything custom we'll send you a free quote.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States by USPS or UPS, and internationally with rates calculated at checkout. International orders may owe import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?
Because everything is made to order just for you, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right. See our Returns page for details.
