Returns & Refunds

Everything at Polkabean is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each listing before you order.

If we got it wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, email orders@polkabeaninc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint it or refund you, your choice.

Proofs

Once you approve your proof, the spelling, dates, and design are final, so please check names and details carefully.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order any time before you approve your proof. Once production starts, we can't cancel it.
